Victory Village is a new affordable housing development for people aged 62 and over that will be located on the current site of Christ Lutheran Church.

Apartments at the 54-unit Victory Village will be available to individuals or couples with incomes of up to $25,520/year (for 1/2 of the units) and $49,200/year for the balance of the units. Maximum rents: $645 up to $1,153. Construction began in December 2018 and is expected to be completed in Spring 2020. Rental applications will be available on the Resources for Community Development (RCD) website six months before construction is completed.  HOTLINE telephone number is 510-841-3206.

The Church selected Berkeley, Ca. based RCD to develop the affordable housing on our property. RCD is a non-profit provider of housing and services to low-income people, developing housing that creates community assets, enhances surrounding neighborhoods, and offers housing and amenities that improve the quality of living for residents. RCD has developed 54 properties in the East Bay since 1984, currently providing homes to more than 4,000 residents.
