SENIOR LOW-INCOME HOUSING

Victory Village is a new affordable housing development for people aged 62 and over that will be located on the current site of Christ Lutheran Church.

Apartments at the 54-unit Victory Village will be available to individuals with incomes of up to about $43,000/year, and couples with incomes up to about $50,000/year. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2018 and to be completed in Fall 2019. Rental applications will be available on the Resources for Community Development (RCD) website six months before construction is completed.

The Church selected Berkeley, Ca.-based RCD to develop the affordable housing on our property. RCD is a non-profit provider of housing and services to low-income people, developing housing that creates community assets, enhances surrounding neighborhoods, and offers housing and amenities that improve the quality of living for residents. RCD has developed 54 properties in the East Bay since 1984, currently providing homes to more than 4,000 residents.

Victory Village will include:

Developer: Resources for Community Development - 2220 Oxford Street, Berkeley, CA 94704
Architect: Van Meter Williams Pollack - 333 Bryant St, San Francisco, CA 94107
